Every October the BID hosts this popular spook-tacular with a procession down Pitkin Avenue of classic cars, stilt walkers, marching bands, and dance troupes. The parade culminates with the Harvest Festival at Pitkin Plaza featuring live music, pumpkin giveaways, arts and crafts, and cooking demos.
