Benefits

Flood Sensors

Simple sensors you can place on the floor in your business to monitor moisture and alert you early about changing moisture levels, detecting leaks and flooding. This means you can react quickly to flooding, reducing damage and repair costs to your business.

Flood Proof Storage

Protect important documents and stock with flood proof storage. This includes flood proof boxes or shelving to keep important items off the ground and out of harm's way.

Solar array

Solar energy can boost your business resilience by enabling your business to produce and store energy onsite. It will lower your overhead costs by reducing the energy you get from the grid- lowering your electricity bill. You can also qualify for significant federal and local tax credits for installing solar. You can also be compensated for the energy you produce.

Pedestal or wall mounted fan

Fans can keep your business more comfortable and reduce your energy costs. Fans can be used alone or in addition to air conditioning. They use less energy than HVAC and can help reduce energy costs..

Flood Gates

Flood gates and barriers create a physical barrier to prevent water from entering your premises in the event of a flood. They are easy to use and can keep your premises and stock safe.

 Cool Roof (painted)

Cool roofs are straightforward to install, with the City of New York paying for installation costs and labor. Cool roofs reduce internal building temperatures, and can contribute to reducing local urban heat island effect. They can extend the lifespan of your building's rooftop and HVAC equipment.

Solar Control Film (per square foot)

Solar control film is a film applied to your windows which reduces heat gain and glare. Solar control film insulates: it keeps warmth in during winter and cool air in during the summer. This improves indoor comfort and can reduce energy bills by reducing the need for heating and cooling. The film provides UV protection, which stops stock and items in windows from fading.

Awnings

Awnings shade the exterior of your business. This can provide a comfortable space outside your business for customers and keep the inside of your business more cool in summer. Awnings also provide a space to display your brand and attract customer attention.

Split unit/ heat pump

Heat pumps use less electricity than traditional HVAC systems saving on energy costs. They are efficient ways to both heat and cool your business, with low maintenance costs.  We will help you to navigate State and Con Ed programs to reduce the cost of installing a heat pump for your business.
